Leadpages works best when the leads and sales it collects flow straight into the rest of your stack. These guides explain how each connection works, which ones are native and which need a workaround, and the exact steps to set them up. Each one is based on the help documentation from Leadpages and from the partner tool.

Which Apps Partner with Leadpages
Leadpages' integrations page groups its native connections into seven categories: CRM (such as HubSpot and Salesforce), email marketing (such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign), ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn), payments (Stripe), ecommerce (Shopify and Gumroad), automation (Zapier, Slack and Google Sheets) and analytics (Google Analytics). For apps that are not on that list, Leadpages points to Zapier, which links it to thousands of other tools.
A few popular connections work differently. WordPress uses a dedicated plugin rather than an app connection; see the Leadpages WordPress plugin guide. Website platforms and domain registrars usually connect through DNS records, links or embed code, covered in using Leadpages with GoDaddy, Leadpages with Weebly and Leadpages with Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and other platforms. Payments run through Leadpages Stripe checkouts.
Email, CRM and Automation Connections
Most people connect Leadpages to an email tool first, so every form submission lands in a list and triggers a welcome sequence. The guides for MailerLite, AWeber and Drip show what data passes and how to map form fields, and email, CRM and webinar integrations covers the wider set, including what to do when a tool needs Zapier or a webhook.
Plan Limits on Integrations
Leadpages counts integrations as active connections, and the number depends on your plan. Its pricing page lists five on the Pro, Business and Grow plans and ten on Optimize. Plan your stack around that limit: an email tool, a payment gateway and analytics often cover a small business, while agencies running CRMs and ad platforms may need a higher plan. Current figures and prices are in the Leadpages pricing guide, and the full feature set is in Leadpages features.
Before You Connect Anything
- Publish a test page first. Submit the form once and confirm the lead appears in Leadpages before you add the integration, so you know where a problem starts.
- Map every field. Name, email and any custom fields should match a field in the receiving tool.
- Test again after connecting. Use a fresh email address and check that tags, lists and automations fire.
